Who We Are

We Are Your Neighborhood Bike Shop

We are a community focused bike shop that focuses on our customers and their specific needs. We want to help each of our customers fall in love with riding their bikes. We have spent a lot of time building a shop full of the brands we believe offer the best value for our customers. We believe that investing in our community has everything to do with our success and we will continue to support the partners we've built.

Bikes for Students

The Bikes for Students Program was started by Barry Foster aka Dr. B at Brazosport College. He is an incredibly generous professor that saw a need and wanted to take action. We had been doing a similar thing at the shop and decided to join forces. We've been a part of the Bikes for Students program for about 2 years and have been able to rebuild and donate dozens of bikes.

Starting the summer of 2019 we begin funneling more money to this program as we had a surplus of bikes but all needed repairs. We started using all of the profit from our used bike sales to go towards this program. We will continue this as the program grows.

If you would like to sponsor a bike or donate to the program please contact us at (979) 529-2111 or cycleworkstx@gmail.com.

The Synchrony Pillars Project

The Synchrony Pillars Project was created to celebrate small business leaders who shape their local community, strengthen their economy, and define what it means to be from a particular place.

We chose ten winners who are changing what’s possible for their communities and awarded them a feature in Inc.magazine, a three-day summit in New York City, and a financial grant to put toward growing their business. With our continued relationships and support, Synchrony is in turn changing what’s possible for them.
